- In the opening ceremony of this meeting, with the presence of senior officials of Bangladesh National Olympic Committee and Women Sport Commission, Mrs. Razia Sultana Anu, Chairperson of Athletes Committee was the 1st lecturer and then Mrs. Faezeh Hashemi, president of Islamic Federation of Women Sport and Mrs. Rafia Akhtar Dali, president of Women Sport Commission and then president of Bangladesh National Olympic Committee spoke. At the end there was a sportive and artistic performance by the artists of this country.
Approvals:
- Appointing Mrs. Azadeh Gilani, as the Vice-President and Mrs. Eghbal Al-Soliyman, as the Secretary
- Preparing Data Bank of the Athletes, participated in Islamic Women Games by Mrs. Azadeh Gilani
- Sending the registration form for profile of athletes to the National Olympic Committee of member countries for collecting information of the next competitions
- Consulting sportswear producing companies about producing Islamic Sportswear with regard to technical and Islamic norms by Mrs. Eghbal Al-Soliyman
- Communicating with Athletes Committee of continental and international organizations in order to exchange information for the qualitative and quantitative development of sport in different countries
- Implementing research programs regarding computerized analysis of competitions in different disciplines ( providing software), and research programs on nutrition of athletes, Doping, Sport psychology and …
