Minuets of the 1st Referees Committee Meeting
Date: 9 June 2008, 9 Am. to 17 PM.
Place: Women Sport Committee office - Qatar
Presents:
1- Mrs. Mina Fathi, Chairperson from Iran
2- Mrs. Dina Hejab, Vice- Chairperson from Algeria
3- Mrs. Neda Eaqub, Secretry from Qatar
4- Mrs. Jinan Salman,member from Iraq
Proposals:
1- Preparing the scheme of Solidarity Bank by Mrs. Dina Hejab
2- Arranging for the hold of "the 2nd Referees Committee" in Iran or Algeria
3- Inviting the best referees of the member countries for the 5th round of the Games
4- Holding Football Refereeing Training Course in Iraq
Approvals:
1- Classifying the member countries of the Federation for cooperation and communication of Referees committee's members with these Countries in order to accomplish the approvals of the committee as follows:
· Uganda, Sudan, Congo Brazzaville, Congo Kinshasa, Gambia, Guinea, Kenya, Mali, Morocco, Egypt, Niger, Nigeria and Libya with the supervision of Mrs. Dina Hejab
· Jordan, Turkey, Syria and Lebanon with the supervision of Mrs. Jinan Salman
· Bahrain, Oman, UAE and Yemen with the supervision of Mrs. Neda Eaqub
2- In order to provide a data base of international referees in different disciplines who are women of Islamic countries and also in order to introduce them to the pertinent International Federations, these actions are going to be carried out:
· Sending the Registration form for profile of Referees and Instructors to the NOCs of the member countries in the disciplines: Chess, Football, Badminton, Footsal, Billiard and hockey (these disciplines are active in the 2008 Calendar of Activities)
· Getting presence quota for the referees introduced by Islamic Federation of Women Sport in the Judo International Competitions by Mrs. Dina Hejab
3- Election of the members of the Committee as follows:
· Mrs. Dina Hejab, Vice- Chairperson
· Mrs. Neda Eaqub, Secretry
· Mrs. Jinan Salman, Member
4- Cooperating on the hold of training courses which are included in the 2008 Calendar of Activities of IFWS
5- Preparing referees for the hold of 5th round of Games Scientifically and Executively
