This Meeting was held in Sudan with kind cooperation and under the auspicious of Youth and Sport Ministry, president of which was Mr. Mohammad Yousef Abdollah, National Olympic Committee, and Women and sport Committee, Mrs. Leila Khalid Hashem, as its president and her colleagues.

In the opening ceremony wife of president of Sudan, Mrs. Fatemeh Khalid welcomed the guests and then Youth and Sport Minister, Mr. Mohammad Yousef Abdollah; and Mrs. Faezeh Hashemi, president of Islamic Federation of Women Sport spoke.

On the occasion of the presence of executive board members, there were some feasts from president's wife, Dean of Physical Education Faculty, and president of women society of Sudan, and members of executive board visited and discussed with senior officials of the mentioned organizations.

Approvals:

• Programming and contributing with the African Vice President of IFWS, in order to make the African countries more busy in the activities of Federation
• Grouping the member countries of IFWS due to their region, in order to extend the activities of Federation world wide and encourage the participation of representatives from different countries in the Executive Board Meeting and activating them in different programs of Federation
• Approving the duties of members in the Medias Committee
• Approving the duties of members in the Referees Committee
• Approving the duties of members in the Athletes Committee
• Approving and changing the duties of members in the Technical Committee
• Approving the proposed pattern for Effort Award, and administering this ceremony every 2 years
• Approving the proposed pattern for Women’s Islamic Club Competitions
• Approving the proposed pattern for Muslim women’s clothing in sport events, to ease the ground for their presence in international competitions and extend the number of female athletes in different sport arenas. It was also determined to make a list of different sport disciplines that Muslim Women could participate with Islamic sportswear and distribute this list among members.

·         Publishing the history of IFWS in the courses and lessons of University students who study Physical Education in PE departments

-       to recognize and introduce all people and/or organizations that may be successful to have special services with worldwide effects for increasing Moslem Women Sports in all fields

-       to encourage and motivate other people and organizations to do the same activities

-       to appreciate those actives in developing women sport in all around the world

·         Other activities which could lead to development of Islamic Women Sport

Manner of Execution:

-       preparing a form for introducing qualified people

-       Sending the form for countries and sport organizations

-       Determining  assessment indexes  whit their relevant points

-       Appointing a Jury for evaluating received forms

-       Electing people and organizations according to criterions

-       Preparing a statue and/or award

-       Holding a ceremony and granting statues

-       Planning for a wide-spread international news coverage
