Aiming to develop professional sports of women, to attract financial support of private sectors, and to decrease governments’ responsibilities for providing buget of the activities, organizing of Clubs Competition and its Executive Bylaw were approved in the 11^th General Assembly in Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia on 27-10-2007.
